Returns & Refund Policy
1. Overview
At Jolloful, we want every customer to be satisfied with their order. This policy outlines your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and cancellations in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
2. Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of our products, returns are only accepted for non-perishable or unopened food items.
You have the right to return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that the products are:
· Unopened, unused, and in their original packaging
· In the same condition as received
Perishable items (e.g., food products that spoil quickly) cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Send an email to info@jolloful.com with:
· Your order number
· Photos of the item and packaging
· A short description of the issue
We’ll assess your request and arrange a replacement, refund, or store credit as appropriate.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and approved, we’ll process your refund within 5–10 business days via your original payment method.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your refund has been issued.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
5. Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled but may be eligible for return under this policy (if non-perishable).
To cancel an order, please email info@jolloful.com immediately after placing it.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace a product, please initiate a return (if eligible) and place a new order through the website.
