1. Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all contracts between:

and the customer ("Customer") for all purchases made through www.jolloful.com.

Deviating terms of the Customer will not be recognized unless Jolloful explicitly agrees in writing.

2. Contract Formation

1. Product listings on the website are non-binding and do not constitute a legal offer but an invitation to order.
2. By clicking “Place Order”, the Customer makes a binding offer to purchase the products in the shopping cart.
3. Jolloful will confirm receipt of the order via email immediately. This does not yet constitute acceptance.
4. The contract is concluded either upon sending a separate order confirmation or upon delivery of the products.

3. Products

1. Jolloful sells freeze-dried African meal cups, ready to prepare by adding hot water (ready in 5–7 minutes).
2. All product information, including ingredients and nutritional values, is provided on the website and the body of the package. Customers should check for allergies or dietary restrictions before ordering.

4. Prices and Payment

1. All prices are stated in EUR/GBP, include VAT, and exclude shipping costs unless otherwise indicated.
2. Accepted payment methods: Credit Card, PayPal, Klarna, Google pay or Bank Transfer.
3. Payment is due immediately upon order. In case of late payment, legal interest and collection costs apply.

5. Shipping / Delivery

1. Jolloful ships internationally, including Germany, Austria, Switzerland, UK, Ireland.
2. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout. Delivery times are approximate and start after payment confirmation.
3. Should a product be temporarily unavailable, Jolloful will inform the Customer immediately and provide either a new delivery date or the option to cancel the order.

6. Retention of Title

The products remain the property of Jolloful until full payment has been received.

7. Right of Withdrawal

1. Customers who are consumers (not businesses) have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of the goods.
2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer must notify Jolloful in writing (e.g., email or letter).
3. Return shipping costs are borne by the Customer, unless otherwise agreed.

Important: Due to the nature of freeze-dried food products, returned items must be unopened and in their original packaging.

8. Warranty / Liability for Defects

1. Statutory warranty rights apply.
2. Obvious defects must be reported immediately.
3. In the event of a justified complaint, Jolloful will either provide replacement or repair, at its discretion.

9. Liability

1. Jolloful is fully liable for damages caused by intent or gross negligence.
2. For minor negligence, liability is limited to breaches of essential contractual obligations (cardinal obligations).
3. Liability under the Product Liability Act remains unaffected.
4. Jolloful is not liable for improper handling or storage by the Customer.

10. Data Protection

1. Personal data is collected, processed, and used only according to our Privacy Policy and applicable law (GDPR).

11. Final Provisions

1. These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding UN Sales Law (CISG).
2. If the Customer is a merchant or has no residence in Germany, the exclusive place of jurisdiction is [City of Company Headquarters].
3. Should individual provisions be invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective.
